Q: Can law enforcement legally confiscate my camera at a traffic stop?

I was cited for willful reckless driving for speeding on my motorcycle in Nebraska. I have a 360 camera attached to my bike to record rides. The deputy said he was officially confiscating my camera so I handed it over. Did he violate my rights?

You can look up online to see if your license is suspended in Nebraska:

https://www.nebraska.gov/dmv/reinstatements/client.cgi

Can they give the citation? Yes. If you get your tags updated and show such to law enforcement, can you likely get one or both charges reduced or dropped, probably.

You will want to provide proof to your attorney ahead of the court date that you got things updated/resolved prior to the Court date. Generally dismissed charges aren't going to show on any criminal history or background report. Exceptions to this may be very high level security clearances. Even then, they aren't generally looking for things like renewing your registration a little bit late.

Q: This is my fiancé first offense for driving under a 15 year revocation and went to jail will he be able to Bond out

Also he charged they booked him for say DUI and he wasn’t even drunk or been drinking just picked him up from work

Yes, if a bond amount is required, a bond amount will be set for DUI and driving under revocation. Depending on the specific charge, he could be released on his own recognizance and thus no dollar amount of bond set.
