Go to the law library and they can assist you in obtaining the form. You may want to retain a lawyer because the motion is complicated.

Supposedly fell out of van or bus and broke his neck he was shackled and handcuffed

If your daughter law forged the title it may be a crime. My guess is she thought the ATV was a dangerous gift and did not want your grandchild to have a ATV

Q: I bonded my Son out for a violation of an Ex Parte Protection order that he had no knowledge of. NONE!

We now know she had a Protection order filed in one county and then withdrew and started one in another county. No knowledge of either and no motion to transfer jurisdiction as well.

If he did not know there was a protective order he may have a defense to the charge. Retain a lawyer

Q: Am I able to take my son back to Cali with me

We’re not married, no custody order in place, he has bad anger issues and will scream and slam doors etc, right in front of our son. And I’ve had enough but all my support and family is in California.

If there are no court orders you are free to move. He may file a petition in court and try to order you to move back. Contact a lawyer in California and find out the waiting period to file a suit in California..

If they want you to turn yourself in it is active. You need to call a lawyer and they can pull the case and let you know the status.

You can get a court appointed lawyer. Jail is also a option if you can't do probation

You can't override the ADA even if it unfair. You can sue the drunk driver and the bar that they served them alcohol. I am sorry for you loss. .

You need to ask your lawyer if you are indicted. I doubt a Harris county judge will let a case stay unindicted for two years. ADA could dismiss

Retain a lawyer your bf can take a drug test prior to the court date.
