Can you or should you? I am doubtful any lawyer would take such a case. A four-hour delay does not amount to the level of damages that would be required to know if liability exists.

Probably, it all depends on the record you made. Stop thinking they care about you as a person. To them you are the product. Similar to how Facebook sees you as the product.

Most of the authorized treating physicians are handpicked by the insurance company. That creates a conflict of interest and a bias against the injured worker. Because the injured worker is not the doctor's client or the customer;... Read more »

Since July 1, 2017 you don’t have a chance to win without a lawyer, but finding one is not all that easy. When and how, when and how? Absolutely. As you admitted, you lost control of the minibike and ran into a truck. You were negligent and because of your negligence you caused damage to someone else's property. Pay up!
What recourse do we have? Never want another family to deal with the same loss as we have had.

You've not provided enough facts for anyone to be able to value your case. If you have a lawyer ask them to value the case. If they know what they are doing, then they will either be able to value it or else tell you why they cannot.

There is no way to answer your question. Only prosecutors have the power/authority to file criminal charges. You can file a report with the police, but only a prosecutor has the discretion to bring charges.

There are many ways or reasons why an employer's workers' compensation insurer can or will deny a claim. This forum is no place to discuss the issues, as you have no attorney-client privilege here. Call our office on Monday and we can discuss if you have a claim we would accept.
