Q: To get a preliminary injunction (relief) in Federal District Court pro se what are 5 things I absolutely must get right?

The case involves civil rights, housing discrimination, a sick (heart attack) disabled veteran and his spouse (both indigent) and the Due Process clause of the 14th Amendment.
