I don't think anyone annotated this case. You must be looking at annotations from another case.

This case isn't so famous.
I was in an accident and was not following too closely, I just didnt realize how quickly the vehicle in front of me was stopping and didnt immediately slam on my brakes. This is my first moving violation and I got rear ended after this.

Posting where you received this ticket would help, as the legal process is different in different counties.
Visible speed limit sign is present what's the maximum speed that can be driven that can't be legally fined
answered on Apr 26, 2018
I cannot understand the question. If the speed limit is 30 MPH then the maximum you can drive is 30 MPH.
Hello madame/sir, I am a truck driver,I got 3 tickets yesterday, one is 395.8e false log book violation
One is disobeyed traffic control device, the last one is No nys HUT TAX permit/tickets ,I need your help to clear my points

If you are asking how much money you would need to pay if you pleaded guilty, the answer is, you probably shouldn't. As a truck driver you need to keep your driving record clean.
I have received an 'Abandoned Motor Vehicle' ticket in Jersey City, NJ and need some legal advice as to how to proceed. NJ apparently takes these things seriously as they not only require a court appearance, but the max penalty is $500 + a two-year license suspension (min is $100, no... View More

Its hard to get charges dismissed because of a necessity defense. You may be able to get a plea deal without points, depending on where the tickets are filed.

If you just pay the ticket it will appear on your NYS driving record, even though there are no points. You should try to get the charge dismissed.
Thought I was in the line to pay cash but was in the ez pass line so I couldn't turn around
I applied not guilty today and it shows 2 points

This is an equipment violation without points and it doesn't go on your driving record, as long as it is handled. Don't ignore it, or you will be suspended.
answered on Apr 9, 2018
If you plead guilty you will receive 5 points in NY and NY will report the conviction to NC. You should ask a NC attorney whether the points will go on your NC record.
It was postponed and re-scheduled twice already.. how many times can i re-scheduled it?
answered on Apr 9, 2018
First reschedule can be done online. By the second re-schedule they start to want bail. Be careful! They can grant another re-schedule, and suspend your license pending the hearing. This is a way to force you to plead guilty without a hearing.
Also has 15 years old tickets suspended lic. In my vernon, ny, what should we do?
answered on Apr 4, 2018
Hard to tell if the 5 tickets for leaving the scene of an accident are 15 years old, or if we have 2 sets of tickets here. If he was suspended for 15 year old ticket, and was involved in an accident, he was probably charged with a crime of driving while suspended, or aggravated unlicensed... View More
I received a 13 mph speeding ticket with a jr license in New York

Depends on which court you are in. You may be able to plead the ticket down to a non speed, pay a fine to have the ticket dismissed, or you may have to risk a trial.
My drivers license was stolen (I have a police report and a DMV report for this) and recently used as ID in a car accident that I was not a part of. I obtained the Police Accident Report for this wreck then went to my local NYPD 78th Precinct to report this instance. The officers on duty said that... View More

Getting a police report changed is difficult. You may want to start with filing a police report that your identity was used by someone other than yourself. If the matter is investigated, that officer will be in a position to request that the accident report be corrected.
The court date was postponed 3 times by the court in 3 years. The ticket has 6 points, does my points appear if i was pronounced guilty on the court date? since its been more than 3 years from the date i received the ticket.
answered on Mar 30, 2018
all tickets in Brooklyn go to trial, and therefore it will either be dismissed or you will be found guilty.
We fight a lot of these tickets, and it is pretty much a 50/50 chance.

There is no need to plead guilty, you can plead not guilty and pay a $70 suspension termination fee. The Court will then either: schedule a pre trial conference date, or set a bail amount.
How many points would I get on my license and is there any way to drop them.
answered on Mar 26, 2018
3+3+2=8 points. Your options depends in part on where/which court these tickets are filed in.
Wouldn’t let me pay suspended license fee until I made significant payments on my $150 fine.
