This is my first offense ever. I’m 16 and the ticket says no court is required. Will my license be suspended..

No but it can extend your GDL restrictions for another 6 months.

This would be your first conviction. So they won’t take your license but this is a criminal offense.
My girlfriend was ticketed for speeding on June 2020 and had to pay a fine and court supervision. Comes November 2020 and she got pulled over for violating Scott's law. She saw the lights flashing behind her, she slowed down but couldn't move over to the other lane since it wasn't... View More

In Sangamon County the state won’t offer supervision but if she requests it the judge will probably grant it. Fine is usually $310.
I am currently 18 y/o. In 2/2019 I got a speeding ticket for 21-25 over(80 in 55mph zone). I chose not to do court supervision for the ticket and just pay it off. Then, in 7/2020 I received another ticket for 21-25 over(77 in 55mph zone). At the time of the pullover, the officer told me I could... View More

Secretary of State sends a warning letter to your last known address. In addition, that is all covered in driver's ed.
You can ask the court to vacate the conviction and give you supervision. It will probably require hiring a lawyer.
The officer said she was traveling too fast as well and made note of that on the ticket. So yes it was good that he did not issue a speeding ticket however, the plate is fully visible. It has a dealer frame around it but that does not obstruct the number or the registration sticker in any way. Do... View More

The speeding ticket can be issued after the fact. Whether or not that would happen is an unknown. If the cop has nothing better to do than write this type of ticket, he may waste his time on adding a speeding ticket.
I was forced into taking a ridiculous plea the states attorney deliberately handed down a harsh sentence because he doesn’t not like me. My lawyer did nothing to help me either. My lawyer and the states attorney and the judge, well as a matter of fact everyone in this little podunk county are... View More

The state of Illinois considers driving revoked, particularly when the reason for the revocation is a DUI or other serious traffic offense, to be a serious violation of law. Given that you mentioned IDOC, it appears it was or could have been a felony.
In most circumstances, it is EASY for... View More
I was heading to a park to park for safety and sleep it off, it’s my first offense and have no other record besides paying a open vodka bottle citation two weeks back. I’m 21

You are legally eligible for supervision. If you can, you should have a lawyer to increase the chances you will receive supervision and also negotiate the best outcome possible.
I got a ticket 1/23/19 and got another one 10/23/19 has to go to court and ask for supervision and 8hr TSS. I got another ticket 10/19/20 only 4 days prior to the year mark. Will my license get suspended since It wasn’t a year? Can I still do TSS or will it just go on my record?
answered on Oct 20, 2020
TSS does not count against the two ticket limit so it won't cause a suspension unless you are still under supervision and the prosecutor moves to revoke it because of the new ticket.
You are eligible for supervision on the new ticket.
Got a speeding ticket Jan 2019, took the 4 hour TSS and supervision. Got another ticket in Oct 2019 and had to go to court and ask for 8 hour TSS. Oct 2020 I got a ticket will I be able to apply for TSS again and ask for supervision?

Supervision is only allowed twice within 12 months.
So in August I have gotten a ticket for no insurance. But I had brought proof of insurance to bring to court on September 23rd, they said I have gotten the insurance too late about it. So I have to pay a fine and on court supervision. Today October 19 I had court for a terrible accident on... View More

I agree with Mr.Ooink. Based on the limited information you provided, there’s no reason they would suspend your license. But we don’t know what your previous driving record says.

Supervision does not count.
I have a clean record and my hearing is a few weeks from now. Will I have to serve jail time? And have a high fine? Located in Illinois. Pulled over on grand avenue.

Unlikely to go to jail but this is a class A misdemeanor, one step below a felony and probably worth retaining a lawyer.
Speed limit was 35 on a 4 lane road in naperville, I was going about 59-60 I have a heads up display so I can always see my speed. Officer said I was going 66 mph which wasn’t even true. Gave me a court date. I see online that this is a class B misdemeanor, how can I get out of this ticket??

You need court supervision and a good lawyer.
He would like to ask for court supervision but we are not sure if he should pay the fine and plead guilty before appearing in court or should he pay the fine on the day he appears in court and asks for court supervision?
answered on Oct 1, 2020
appear on the court date and request supervision and pay the fine after. (unless it's a county that allows supervision by mail)

Anything from extending it to revoking it and jail.
I got a ticket for being on my phone and for having an expired license plate in February. I paid both and fixed the license plate. I got another ticket a few weeks ago for not seeing a car on a free right. I just want to know if I'm going to lose my driver's license or not.

If you had a current address on file with the sos after those first two tickets and if they were both moving violations, they should have sent you a warning letter
I missed my first court date but asked to vacate ex-parte conviction and was given court supervision. Before that, I was sent a notice from the secretary of state that I need to turn in my license. Now that I have court supervision, do I still need to turn in my license?

No
I’m concerned with my insurance rates for my family going up and this ticket going on my record. Can I do community service or take a driver’s class. What would be my best option. I’m 17 years old.

You must do so because you have to remain ticket free for two years. You will pay a higher fine for supervision and you will have to take a special class. And you need a parent or guardian in court with you in order to receive supervision.
One ticket was Driving Over Statutory Limit 21-25, 95 over 70. The other was Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Trooper told me to bring proof of insurance to court, and that one may get dismissed. I have several documents showing active insurance, including the CORRECT insurance card. (I... View More

I would not worry about it. 25 over, and considering it was on the interstate, is still only a petty offense.
As far as being nervous, the judge will almost certainly follow the prosecutor's recommendation. If the prosecutor does not recommend supervision, tell the judge you want a... View More
I recently got a new car, due to financial restraints I haven’t been able to take care of getting it insured. I got pulled over for the license plate lights being out and by the end of it I was given a warning for the license plate light being out but I was given a citation for not having insurance
answered on Sep 23, 2020
If you bring in proof of insurance and have never had supervision for that offense, the state will almost certainly offer it. This will require you to carry SR 22 for three years and pay a fine.
