I got a ticket for being on my phone and for having an expired license plate in February. I paid both and fixed the license plate. I got another ticket a few weeks ago for not seeing a car on a free right. I just want to know if I'm going to lose my driver's license or not.

It should not matter if you go to court on the new ticket and ask for Court Supervision. Court Supervision is not a conviction, so it will not count towards your three in twelve months.
