Q: My boyfriend has a son that he has visitation rights with. Can the mother legally move with his son out of state?

Most judges won't allow her to move because theres always a geographical restriction on the final decree. Unless you get an agreed order where there is not a geographical restriction.

The cops may give the child to you, but if he leaves work and comes and says there is a suit filled, they might not give you the kids. Why dont you ask your attorney for interim orders or temporary orders.
