He will be given time served for any misdemeanor 's hold in Bell County once the felony is completed.

He can post bond on Louisiana charge, however, he won't get release from jail.

He is on hold for Texas and either must post bond for Texas case or waiting until Texas pick him up.

In most cases, the other state has 10 days to pickup inmate or they will be release.

Yes, a 17-year-old can be prosecutor as an adult in Texas.

If he can prove the other student broke his calculator, he has a good chance for dismissal.

I advise hiring attorney to protect his rights.

Unless the prosecutor has another key witness, the case could be dismissed once the prosecutor is informed of death. I recommend you hire a lawyer.

Yes, you should take a lawyer or cancel the appointment. Whatever you or your son say to police will be use against him if charge or charges are filed. Polices don't talk to accused except to collect evidence of crime.

You will be arrested if stopped by law enforcement.

First, you should give no statement to any law enforcement officer without an attorney.

It sounds like the officer was disappointed in finding some weed to charge you with. Having a handicap stick inside the car and not displayed isn't illegal.

If she has no notice that her name was removed from the account, no charges should be filed against her. Assault on a family member or household member is a Class A misdemeanor in Texas with a punishment up to 1 year in jail and a fine up to $4,000 or probation up to 2 years.
