This question has no facts and is too confusing to get an answer.

It appears that you already have filed a notice of appeal.

You have not given enough facts for a meaningful answer.

Your question requires research into at least reading the applicable statutes, and perhaps some case law. You can find the statutes on the internet most likely.
Somebody called me convict today and I asked ncos and they said nothing but couldn't look me dead in my eyes. Anyway of knowing
They are trying to blame it on me. Wouldn't they have to have proof? Or could they just make an arrest over he said she said?

They have to have probable cause to arrest you. Go see an attorney and do not speak with the police about this.
Later on found out they didn't what can he do

They didn't have a warrant? He can go see a private criminal defense attorney about this.

You have not given enough facts here for a solid answer. There are many factors that go into sentencing, not just the charge, but the facts as well as the complete prior record, are just a few.

Probably not, but you should have a full discussion with a local attorney about this.

Not in my opinion, but I know only what you have written, and that is not enough for a solid answer.

He could hold you harmless and indemnify you. That would mean that if you get sued and they get money out of you, you can sue him to recover whatever they got from you. But you probably do not realize that you are breaking the contract with the bank by doing this. Read it .
No additional details needed.

Too few facts here for a solid answer. It is a lot more complicated than this seemingly simple quesiton.
For example the name on the will is written & signed as John Q Smith instead of the full legal name of John Quincy Smith. My mother is asking this question regarding her brother's will. He wasn't married & his will leaving everything to his companion/common-law wife is in... View More

She needs to go see a local probate attorney for a full discussion about this. Each state has different laws.
