Take the average income that you have made for at least the last year and state that as your income in doing the affidavit. That is probably the best solution I can come up with right now. Go see an immigration attorney, as well. They rarely answer any questions here.

Well, the bondsman can try to get the money that is still owed, and one would actually have to do research as to whether this is possible as stated.

Q: What are the punishment options?

After completing the 18 month intermediate punishment my fiancee violated the one year term of drug court probation after 2 months being on it with 2-M3s and 1- M2. He has sat in jail since July 3rd on the detained for a violation with new charges.

There are basically no punishment options for the defendant, that is up to the judge. Get counsel.
