Q: I filed a motion to vacate a judgment hearing date is next Tues. Can I withdraw my motion then immediately file it again

I want a new hearing date to give me more time because of newly discovered evidence. I believe if I ask the Court for a continuance, it will be denied.

Q: If I legally change my full name but someone writes me a check to my old full name, will it not work if I deposit it?
