We built the home, I paid all initial closing and building overages. He changed the locks and I purchased another house. He doesn't want to pay me half the equity at the time I left. Am I able to list my share of the home as for sale to someone wanting to purchase my share of the home?

You say your "Ex" - is there a divorce decree? If so, it should provide what happens to the home. If you aren't legally divorced, you should immediately contact an attorney for help on this matter. But the bottom line is, if there are no terms in a decree to prohibit it, you can... View More
I live in Oklahoma he lives in missouri and I currently am on probation and cannot leave the state

You should get permission from your probation officer to visit your kids. If your husband won't let you see them, you need to either file for divorce, if you haven't had a decree, or file to modify the decree. You can file in Oklahoma in the county where you live, if you have been there... View More

Sorry, but she is his legal wife, and you have no standing to seek an annulmnet of their marriage. You should contact a probate attorney in the county of his residence to see if there is anything your children can possibly recover through probate of his estate. Good luck.
We live in Oklahoma. Our divorce was filed in Texas. The termination of parental rights were also filed in Texas. The father is currently in prison, but up for parole soon. What rights do we have if he comes to our house or my son's school?
answered on Feb 14, 2018
If he does appear, you can file in your local court for a Protective Order to prohibit his coming around, or contacting your child. It would be a good idea to write him before his release, and remind him of termination of his rights, and that he is prohibited by law from contact with the child, and... View More

I understand your mixed emotions on this issue, but you are right, the child deserves to have a father. Your best bet would be to contact a lawyer in your county to file a motion for child support. Do it, and see if he will "Man Up" and be a father to the child. Good luck.

His threats are a crime, called extortion. She should keep his texts about this, and tell her divorce lawyer about them, and her drug history. Tell her not to worry about this. Police won't do anything about it.
