Q: My mother in law owns property and had the title put in hers and her son's name. But left it to her daughter in the will

Just wondering if when she passes of it goes to my husband or her daughter.. since his name is on the title.

PROBABLY to your husband if it is a "Joint Tennancy Deed". The deed should also be recorded at the courthouse. Have an attorney or other person knowledgeable in real estate to look at the deed.

2 children , Mother ( me ) has sole custody, father pays child support and gets every other weekend visitation and holidays and vacation upon request..

You say you're getting divorced… you need to tell your lawyer your plans now so this can be resolved without having to come back to court. If you don't have an attorney, get one now. See Title 43 Oklahoma Statutes Sec 112.3 for mor info on relocating. Good luck

The father is on the birth certificate and she has his last name. Does he have the right to permit her going ?

Q: Can I get a court order to establish paternity?

A woman has told a lot of people that I'm the father of her baby. I don't think the baby is mine. When I asked for a paternity test, she refused to do one but still continued to say I was. Can I get a court order to make her take the test?

Yes, see a lawyer to file a paternity action. It's too complicated to do yourself. The Judge will order both parties to take the test.

He only has restricted supervised visits. Is he allowed to change this?

Q: does my wife get an equal amount of my 401K. I live in Oklahoma

we are amicable and have spilt everything 50/50 on our own. But she is divorcing me because she felt alone. Our jobs kept us apart. no other reason. Is she entitled to an equal share of my 401k. I had $150,000 and she had $95,000 in hers. should she receive ($27,500) to make it 50\50.
