Q: In Alaska can a contract delivery driver be held responsible for incorrect items handed them for delivery?

Can payment be withheld if the error by the organization contracting for delivery if the contractor discovers the error only after the contracted for delivery work is performed?

Many homeowner associations are incorporated. Look to their Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to determine available procedures for voicing complaints. Q: On the use of the SF 1413, As this require each subcontract to complete and pass on 2nd and 3rd tier.

Example: If the 1st tier sub passes the SF 1413 to 2nd, 3rd tier subs does that make the 1st tier sub the prime and so on?

Q: A photographer is hired to take photographs at a celebrity wedding. Canhe later sell these photographs to a magazine?

Was there a written contract? If not, it is arguable that the person who hired the photographer retained the rights to use of the photographs.

You are asking if the publisher of a book is liable to purchasers of copies of the book, if the book doesn't end to the reader's satisfaction? Very doubtful. And a class action would be even more problematic.
