You can only get a restraining order if you had a relationship with the person and that means more than just friends. Sounds like you would meet some of the requirements but not all for a restraining order but maybe for a criminal charge of harassment.
i have been banned on draftkings for breaking a policy which they have no proof of and any accounts associated with mine will also be banned.
