If your boyfriend was a part of the conversation he is allowed to record it, as for the rest of our question I will leave that for other counsel to answer.

This was done to me without my knowledge from both girls and posted on Facebook . The only reason I knew about it the following day I was contacted by a friend who saw it

The answer depends on where you were the video was taken and even then it is not a simple answer.

You can only get a restraining order if you had a relationship with the person and that means more than just friends. Your best bet is to have a lawyer send a cease and desist order and threaten them with a lawsuit. It may cost you several hundred dollars for the lawyer to do this, but its your... View More

Sounds like you would meet some of the requirements but not all for a restraining order but maybe for a criminal charge of harassment.

Sure you can file a lawsuit. Being able to afford an attorney and win a lawsuit and collect on a Judgment will be a lot more challenging. Good luck.

You need to setup a consultation with an internet lawyer as your question would depend on how its done. Yes it will cost you some money but it could save you hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees later. Good Luck
