Q: What type of lawyer would specialize in an invoice dispute?

Dispute is between a private resident and a construction company invoice for work performed at home.

An Oklahoma attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. A civil litigation attorney should be able to handle a straightforward one. If the matter is highly technical with engineering or architectural attributes, there are construction law attorneys. Good luck

Q: What is the law about distance of a dispensary to a baseball field in Oklahoma?

There is not one. The limitation is in reference to a public or private school, so unless this baseball field is on school property, then there is no restriction currently.

Q: On title 47 section 901 I had only abandoned vehicle for two hrs or less do I have a law suite?

This can dependent on who removed the vehicle and from where. If the vehicle was on private property then §901 would not apply and therefore the 48 hours that you are wanting to enforce is not applicable because the land owners rights supersede your vehicle rights. Q: living in this rental home since march of 2019. In May of that year the heat/air entire unit went out. what can I do?

I have been with no air all summer, do have window units but its now winter and I have 2 dogs that stays inside. there is no heat provided at all. The air ducts and installation is still not installed and its been like that since May 2019. At time of the lease signing everything was working.

Possibly. It depends on what your discussions were. Verbal contracts can be binding. It doesn't help that he was copied on emails and attended some meetings. Q: Is a builder's 1 year warranty the same as a structural warranty for a new built home?

Our home was built in 2017, but appears to have structural issues. Would the builder be liable on a structural warranty?

The only way you will ever know is to try to sue the builder under the "structural warranty."
