Q: I was involved in an accident in an not at fault August of 2020. The driver had the minimum coverage here in Texas 30k

My doctors bills take up most up but the insurance submitted a 30k check to my lawyer back in November. We are supposedly going after underinsured on my policy. Is it normal for an attorney to sit on the money like this? Bills haven't been paid or anything.

You need to call your own automobile liability insurance carrier. They will provide a defense for you. After you do that, you can hire a plaintiff's lawyer to assert your claims for you.
