Q: Got my license 2 days ago and got a rental car. My friend was driving it with me in passenger seat and he ran a red.

From my googling it’s my understanding the rental company zip car will forward my info to the issuing department. Will it give me the points on my license? Can I fight it if the photo shows me clearly in the passenger seat?
