Is the claim properly filed against the Estate? If not, or there other defenses, it is your duty to contest the claim in Court. Your objection can be served at the given address. You can contact the filer or the creditor to see if you can settle the case.
You must also file an appropriate legal document with the court. Consult with debt collection defense attorneys in the state where this occured.
