You should report to the police.

As far as leaking photos, you should consider filing for copyright registration and sue him for infringement.

You should consult with an attorney quick.

The initials AR are used for many dozens of things from acid reflux to amateur radio. If you mean automated rifle- then yes you can seek patents on the workings of a weapon. You would need to have an idea that would not be obvious to one skilled in the art of designing automated rifles. You... View More

Kanye? No.

You will lose and gain nothing.

Besides, you would have a high burden of proof, and tweaking may have been enough to differentiate it from your design.

Once you created the graphic design, you owned it. You are free to use it how you wish. I would suggest having a discussion with an attorney about protecting the design by trademark as well if you plan on using the design as a logo. There are protections that trademark can give you with use that... View More

If you voluntarily left, with the intent to surrender the premises, unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. It's not an eviction (which would have required a court action).

Better not.

check if somebody, movie company, has any rights to it.

they may decide not to do anything, as in fanclub scenarios, but that does not mean they do not own the rights

You are asking if this could be a copyright violation? Whether or not the students have to log in probably has little to no significance. The school board should run this by an attorney who specializes in intellectual property.

Unless you are the owner--and can prove it--the tow yard will not release the car to you unless you have some other reliable documentation that they could use later if it turns out the owner did not authorize you to pick it up. Re-do the POA correctly.

I don't know which patents you are referring to, but my cursory search shows that there are about 5 patents that list Victor Staats as the inventor. 4 of these have expired due to their age, and 1 expired because a maintenance fee was not paid. You are still going to be charged with driving a vehicle without a tag. You can explain that in court and the owner could be cited for that for lending the car to you.
