In a Florida family case, if the GM does not serve the order to the litigants and the judge adopts and accepts recommendations, is the timeline on hold or or does it start because the judge issued his order? So, basically is the timeline fully dependent upon the GM's serving order?
answered on Aug 27, 2024
The ten days begins when the judge issues the order, not when the GM issues the report. Speak with a local family lawyer for more specific advice.
I had a lawyer for the case but want to proceed pro se. If the case is closed can I just continue pro se. Do I need to ask attorney to withdraw or can I file a motion for substitution of counsel stating that I am now representing myself

If your case has been closed, you can reopen it without retaining an attorney for the new issue. You would file your document with the clerk of court pro se, and a motion for substitution would not be necessary.

If you want him out, and the residence belongs to you, simply evict him.
