Yes. Sudafed is a controlled substance, following the Idaho Legislature's "knee jerk" reaction to the methamphetamine deluge of the 90's. Idaho Code 37-3303 says:

Yes it is legal. You always have the option to file bankruptcy and this creditor will get ZERO. They should know this, but . . . stupid creditors are born every day!

From the facts presented, it does not appear that you ingested the wrong prescription or that you suffered illness or symptoms. It looks like the pharmacy made a mistake, and things like that happen.
