Q: I am being charged with 2 class A felonies I am a minor ? I am being charged with theft of utility services

What could happen to me ? Is it possible to get these lowered or dropped ?

You could be sentenced to the Juvenile Detention Center. There is always a possibility of charges being reduced but you will want your parents to hire a criminal defense attorney to assist you with these matters. The sooner your parents hire an attorney, the better.

I have court in the morning and on judici it says petition for increase

It means just what it says. The prosecutor filed a motion to increase or modify your bond, so you should be prepared to address it when you are in court. You should notify your attorney right away. If you have not hired an attorney yet, you should do so right away.

Quite possibly. The FBI is sometimes asked to assist local law enforcement even if, in the end, jurisdiction belongs in State court.

Actually, the dual sovereign principal which is before the Supreme Court this year for review allows the federal government to both prosecute and sentence. Under your scenario all three, both states and the federal government, could prosecute and separately sentence.

As long as the lawyer is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, they can handle cases in North Carolina if they practice law in North Carolina.

The consequences are that you are committing fraud by lying on an application that you live with him. You would be best off just letting your assistance lapse if you would not qualify for it based on his income. Otherwise, you should see a lawyer for your particular facts.

Can he be arrested and taken away during labor/birth? Yes. Is it likely to happen right at that time? No, although it will likely happen at some point. In the eyes of the law he committed statutory rape and is a sex offender if convicted.

You haven't said if you signed a VAP (Voluntary Acknowledgment of Parentage).
