Q: If I was hospitalized after finding out I was left a lot of money and homes businesses and stuff and Treasurywhodoicall

I changed my name and don't know who my lawyer was and they changed my name to a name of my son and grandson and I have identity and bank id chips and need to know we're to get it read by scanner to retrieve my info

Yes. You can. You should also report any debt owed to your friends and family as well.

That depends on a number of additional factors. An LLC is almost always better than nothing. And the S-election requires an entity to be accepted. So the LLC is essentially a foregone conclusion. The question becomes to s-elect or not.

Q: I have a bench warrant for no registration or insurance ticket i never received 3 years ago. What do i do?

My friend visited me from TX christmas of 16'. She drove my vehicle and got a speeding ticket. I was not in the car.

You definitely need an attorney to clean this up. There are several things you can possibly do but first you need the bench warrant set aside and a new court date.

If you don’t renew in 2020, send him a demand letter for the 100k. If he doesn’t pay, you may have to file suit to collect your loan.
