Wasn't under such control that he couldn't be run over. Depends on the facts --if other driver cited, certainly approach his company for payment of bills and consider a small claims case.
I did not notify anyone beacuse niether car had damage.

Likely they can but you can use internal procedures to respond. You could also try collecting unemployment benefits arguing it wasn't a) misconduct or b) willful.

For the injury 1 year, Ky Statute 413. However you want to contact a member of the Kenucky Trial Lawyers Assn--they give free consults. The two year medical means if you have to sue your insurance for a nonpayment of a bill. Again, talk to a Ky. Trial Lawyer Assn member in your area.
