No. Not if it’s an honest misunderstanding. You shouldn’t be charged and he should be exhonorated.
He was let out to do a psi but didn make it to court when he was suppose to on July 18tj and he got arrested same day.. his name is Nathaniel Lopez 11/13/1998

Judge asked if husband had transport to Dr. to prove medical, said yes. I provided proof of apts. to defender but he did nothing. Clerk needs order signed by judge for release but attny isn't doing paper work. I, wife have supplied all records! I can't afford private lawyer, what next?

If they owe each other it would just cancel each other out equally. The support is owed to whomever the court designated.
Out it was payloric stenosis and last week it was changed to wanton endangerment 1 degree I haven't seen my kids since my infant was almost 2 months he is going on 8 months idk what to do they keep putting it off

He will have to remain in the detention center unless or until the judge fashions some type of release to your custody which, given the facts above, may be unlikely.
