On the back of the currency. Can they still be indicted? Even if they didnt know

My son was arrested after a chase, can I have the charges dropped and get a false police report charge and would my son be exonerated?

No. Not if it’s an honest misunderstanding. You shouldn’t be charged and he should be exhonorated.

Q: What do I do when a public defender fails to fill out and file paperwork for a county jail furlow ?

Judge asked if husband had transport to Dr. to prove medical, said yes. I provided proof of apts. to defender but he did nothing. Clerk needs order signed by judge for release but attny isn't doing paper work. I, wife have supplied all records! I can't afford private lawyer, what next?

You’ll need an attorney to help you bc you will probably have to file suit. It is doubtful that you will get them to pay your attorney fees.

If they owe each other it would just cancel each other out equally. The support is owed to whomever the court designated.

He will have to remain in the detention center unless or until the judge fashions some type of release to your custody which, given the facts above, may be unlikely.
