There is no crime committed in the scenario you describe, but I would imagine it violates several school regs and policies.

Q: My friend is serving time in a KY correctional facility. What will happen to her if her trial is overturned?

My friend is serving time in a KY correctional facility. What will happen to her if her trial is overturned? Will she immediately be sent to county jail until her new trial takes place?

If the trial is overturned, She will be held on a bond to be set by the judge when the case is returned to him by the appeals court. At that time, release relief may be sought from the trial court.

Q: I have court tomorrow on criminal trespassing 3rd degree charge. No criminal record. Jail time or no?

Incident happened over a year ago. I didn't steal anything that day either, just entered Wal-Mart and then left. Again, I have no criminal record and it's been over a year now with no following charges.

He needs to have a lawyer review his case and see what can be done. The cps case and the sexual abuse case do not necessarily go hand in hand.

Q: Is their a time frame when they can seize item

My grandpa car was seized. May 30 Police didn’t give any paper work when they took his car. Police came at my house on May 16. They arrested four people and found a gun drugs and bullets n best. I wasn’t home and items where found in common area.

A search and arrest was done while I wasn’t home. They found every illegal thing you think of dope gun bullet bullet proof vest. I wasn’t home and item were found in area where anyone could go. Had no boundary

While he's been in jail another county put a warrant on him for missing court what can I do to help him I posted his Bond for the one now just waiting for him to get transported to the other county how long do they have to get him

You can post the bond on the other case or you can try to get his charges resolved in the county that’s holding him bc they will keep him til that case is over.
