Depends on several factors, such as judge, prosecutor, severity of new charges, resolution of new charges, probation officer, etc! Generally lighter on first time violators that repeat.
I got caught twice and I know I shouldn’t have but my friend had a one year old that needed formula that night and I think he was doing quota because he pulled over a lot of people will I go to jail over this I tried to hire a lawyer but he doensnt exactly respond much

Don’t let him do HIP at your house. They’ll take him back to jail where your mother and his kids are safe from him. You can’t get him any mental help unless and until he wants it.
Is it also ok for children to help
