There is no time limit on an indictment to be returned, it can be presented and returned st any time. The grand jury can indict as a felony, as a misdemeanor or not at all.

Doing what you admit you are doing may be looked at by some people who may be reading this as money laundering or some other federal crime involving the national banking system.
My grandpa car was seized. May 30 Police didn’t give any paper work when they took his car. Police came at my house on May 16. They arrested four people and found a gun drugs and bullets n best. I wasn’t home and items where found in common area.

You can file s domestic violence complaint with your local county attorneys office. You’ll need a civil lawyer to file suit against her for slander and libel if her reports to CPS are false.
I haven't began work yet and one fee isnt caught up monthly. But besides that i completed rehab and clean drug screens on probation and no new offenses.
