Don’t give her a dime back snd if she sues you, you can counterclaim and win. She has committed a continuing breach snd her liability continues to increase.

Q: If someone has a warrant in one state can you sit your time out in a different state on a class c missdamenor

If you have a warrant in the state of Texas for a class c missdamenor Theft under 100$ can you sit your time out in the state of Kentucky if u don't live in Texas no more

Not unless you have a lawyer arrange that for you down in Texas so it runs concurrent with Kentucky time.

You would need to hire an expert to determine everything g that is wrong with the car and then see if those repairs are covered by your contract to determine where you have a breach or not.

You need to hire s lawyer and sue him for fraud. That’s a double scam.
