Q: I was born in 78 and another man was listed on my birth certificate. In Louisiana how would I add my bio father?

My mother was married and put her husband as my father on my birth certificate.

An adult adoption would solve that problem. An adoption attorney can do that for you.

Q: My daughter's dad is deceased and he is not on her birth certificate. Can my husband adopt her?

Her father is deceased. My husband has been in her life since she was 2. She also receives survivors benefits from her deceased father. How would me and my husband go about adoption? Would my daughter lose her survivors benefits from her deceased father?

An adoption attorney can do an intrafamily adoption and she won't lose her benefits.

A person locally since mom died suddenly and gm is n another state, and a time limit was also given2 the temp guardian, when that time expires wut does gm do to get custody.

Her biological father is on the birth certificate and there is no stipulations as far as custody goes. Her mom and I aren’t married. Getting married isn’t an issue.

1) don't ask for child support,

2) don't nag him to see his child,

3) marry the child's Mom,

4) hire an adoption lawyer.

The Judgment granting the adoption typically orders the state's vital records office to reissue the birth certificate. The adopted parents must then mail the judgment along with an application to the state office for the new certificate to be issued.

Q: Is it illegal to see or talk on the phone with my brother that got adopted in a closed adoption

I am now looking into filing for visitation to see my little brother that was adopted. It was a closed adoption. I found him on social media and we were texting and calling we also saw eachother at the park. Was what I did illegal? Will that affect my right for visitation?

Not in the slightest. You can wait until he turns 18 or you can contact his adoptive mother or you can hire an adoption attorney to file for visitation.
