Scalp issues, hair loss still going on. It has been a week since I quit using the shampoo and conditioner. I still have hair loss, my hair is my pride. If I bald from this I won’t be happy at all.

You need to see a dermatologist. To be successful in a lawsuit, you will need to link the product to the condition through expert testimony.
Is there still a case? It was a Johnson and Johnson mesh she had put in her in 2012. She saw a Specialist in 2018 and he told her the quality of life she had now is the best it’s going to be and it couldn’t be removed. It had already broken down in her body by then and caused a fistula. Long... Read more »

I'm very sorry for the loss of your mother. A Michigan attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for a week. You ask very good questions. Yes, there are product liability suits that do not necessarily involve recalls. And yes, you should try another lawyer. They may tell you the... Read more »
I am wondering if I can re instate lawsuit under the discovery act which would circumvent the statute of limitations. I.e. Loss of motherhood and e.t.c

answered on Jun 7, 2021
Unlikely. Someone had to have legal authority to settle the claim on your mother's behalf, and when that happened, that almost assuredly extinguished any other claims she could have raised. You *might* have your own claims you could raise, but that's going to be fact-dependent. What you... Read more »

There are plenty of other personal injury attorneys available to help if you are not satisfied with your current attorney. However, sometimes it's helpful to let the attorney know how you feel. They may not know you're dissatisfied with their help. Also, cases are moving more slowly... Read more »

Can I still make a claim on my vehicle on others persons insurance?

answered on Apr 7, 2021
Not for the vehicle; that's (one of) the consequences of not having insurance. You'd be responsible for your vehicle even if the other driver were at fault.
They checked me in and I sat in the waiting room with others. They were commenting on how much I paid on my bill that day, how is the hospital would never see another penny, The fact that I was getting fake teeth (previous boating accident facial trauma) and that it wouldn't help anyway, how... A Michigan attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for three weeks. I'm sorry for your ordeal. You could continue to await a response, or you could consider reaching out to a local attorney to discuss, also looking into whether any state laws apply here. Good luck

Give 50 dollars if i sign a release and indemnity with my social security number

answered on Feb 25, 2021
I see now they are offering 50$. To many people that is quit a bit of money, but in the grand scheme of things, you won't know what you're giving up unless you talk to an attorney who can give you at least a cursory overview.

Accutane has been the subject of much product liabiilty. A lot would depend on what your doctors attribute your mental health change to. Contact attorneys who advertise for Accutane adverse reactions.
Trying to prove the origin of a mental health condition can be quite difficult.
my son was pulled over for a tail light while on his way to the grocery store. While pulled over neither officer had a mask and made him take his off to identify himself. While they ran his name they made him get out of his vehicle handcuffed him and sit in the patrol car with them. After waiting... Read more »

Your son should first make a complaint against the officers with the department's internal affairs. Legally, whether the officers' actions were appropriate will depend on what exactly was going on at the time, and what your son was or was not doing.

A Michigan attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for three days and this is clearly something where time is of the essence in your actions. If this involves someone suing for injuries from a car accident (based on the categories in which you posted), you should immediately take any... Read more »
I developed a severe gambling addiction while taking Mirapex long-term. It stopped after I quit taking the drug. This has placed me on the brink of bankruptcy. Is this a valid basis for suing the manufacturer? Do the existence of prior class action lawsuits to which I was not a party prevent me... Read more »

It could depend on what the warning label for Mirapex includes, but the drug is generally used to treat symptoms of Parkinson's... Read more »

It's hard to say whether there is a cause of action here without knowing whether you're in a protected class--i.e., race, age, gender, etc. If you feel that your hours were cut in retaliation to your complaint, you can always file a claim with the EEOC and/or the MI Department of Civil... answered on Jun 4, 2020
Good question and I get this sort of question frequently from friends. First, although you have liability insurance, make sure your insurance company informs you, IN WRITING, that injuries related to the pool will be covered. The more information you send your insurer about the pool the better.... Read more »
The car accident took place at February 28, 2020

answered on May 26, 2020
Likely no. Our no-fault system makes your insurance company responsible for your medical bills. About the only way to get outside of the no-fault system and sue the other driver is if you suffered a serious impairment to a bodily function (e.g. paralysis, amputation, etc.). Back pain, usually,... Read more »
I don’t think I should be forced because I’m not sick I don’t have to be tested when I go to work and to me it’s a forcible action to be able to track you and follow your whereabouts in quarantine you you don’t think that’s a overreach of government

answered on May 18, 2020
Likely yes. The medical professional could refuse services if you don't, unless it's an emergency situation. I'm not sure what benefit you'd receive by refusing. The procedure you receive could be compromised because the doctor doesn't have a complete picture of what is going on.
I had to have surgery to wire and pin it back together, the area I fell was a dangerous area unknown to me but the owner knew because I was later told he was asked to fix it several times but refused I was also told he normally had warning cones set in this are but not the day I was there, a... It's difficult to tell, based on these facts alone. It would be helpful to know why the cones were removed, the extent of the defects involved, among other factors. I was getting out of my car to go over to the service area on March 12 2019 at a carwash, I was going to get change, I slipped and fell in a shaded area on what is called black ice, as a customer came to help he also fell.

answered on Mar 12, 2020
It could be, but if you consulted with a Michigan attorney who could examine more details about how your injury occurred, what precautionary measures were taken to melt or remove ice, etc., you could get a more complete picture of the respective liabilities here. Good luck
