Q: So my mom passed on Sept 3rd 2020. She had alot of money that was in places bc she had to hide it from her bf.

When she passed all of her real jewelry, money and lots of paperwork came up missing.. Talked to a medium and confirmed she was definitely robbed. How can I go about doing anything bout it?

Q: Due to high snow banks I could not see approaching vehicle and was hit how should I plea to failure to yield?

I was going south on Fremont St., colliding vehicle was going west on Washington St. I had stop sign. No injuries. Other driver stated he could not see me as well due to high snow banks.

Q: The executor did probate in Florida. Deceased didn't live in Florida, not a resident, own property, or domiciled.

Q: I’m looking to see how I can get the executor changed with a trust fund.
