Your opinion about the Sentence is irrelevant. Her lawyer might file a Motion To Modify The Sentence, especially after several months of this. But it sounds like she had to agree to alot of supervision to avoid incarceration. VOP could involve serving the Sentence in full.

Contact your lawyer and describe your default. Then go see your probation officer in person. Prepare to be arrested for VOP, but hopefully you will not have to serve the sentence incarcerated.

It is possible. Hire a competent attorney to prepare for a rigorous Preliminary Hearing. Also try to get your TNDL before Court. 2nd Offense is a mandatory 45 days of jail.

You all called the law, so you got him arrested. Hire an attorney to make a motion to set bond, probably off the Docket. He should not plead guilty to DA under any circumstances except Diversion. DA is worse than some felonies.

What is your question? You can sue in Sessions Court for an Action To Recover Personal Property.

If she allowed there, then you did not commit trespass. But she can file a Detainer Warrant.

Hire a competent attorney now. DA is worst than some Felonies. A conviction will ruin your life. You need it Diverted, Dismissed and Expunged. Expect to make Restitution. Do not plead guilty under any condition than Diversion.

Misdemeanor Possession is minimum 30 days in jail. Felony starts at 6 years.

You will need a good TN attorney to prepare for the Preliminary Hearing. There must have been an agreement to commit a crime and some act on your part.

Q: Four years ago or so i had got in a lil problem with an officer and also ambulance that had overdosed me.can i sue?
