Looks like you got good advice from prior responses. Other than worker's comp., you have to prove awareness of the hole (dangerous condition) by the landowner and, as to value, a lot of factors are taken into account but a back surgery is a serious operation with long lasting consequences.... With an attorney you have a better chance of presenting your case properly and of convincing the Immigration Judge that it merits approval provided that you have a meritorious case.

That depends on whether she entered the U.S. legally. We recommend applying for advance parole, if she qualifies, and through that process she would be able to have a lawful entry and then adjust her status.

1. You may be entitled to a Homeowner's Exemption but it depends on the equity you have accumulated in your property.

2. Generally, unless you are a guarantor then the answer is yes otherwise it is the debt of the LLC.

Yes, you would have to file a new I-140 and you may have to renew or change your status prior to the expiration of your current )-1 status; the decision to renew would have to be reviewed.
