The only way you will receive Court Supervision a second time in a twelve month period, is if you appear in court and request Court Supervision. You could be sentenced to the Juvenile Detention Center. There is always a possibility of charges being reduced but you will want your parents to hire a criminal defense attorney to assist you with these matters. The sooner your parents hire an attorney, the better.

What? You would have to first file a motion to vacate your plea and it must be done within 30 days. Motions to dismiss are usually not granted. You really should hire an attorney to assist you with this matter.

You should have fought these tickets back in 2015 and 2016. The time has passed to be able to fight these tickets. You need to see if you can workout a deal with them to prevent your license from being suspended.

Bring the proof you have now to court with you. It is considered late compliance but with that proof you are eligible for Court Supervision. If you receive Court Supervision on this No Insurance ticket, you license will not be suspended. If you receive a conviction, your license will be suspended.... View More
