If she had a will, it goes according to the will.
If not, it goes to her heirs which would not include you unless you were adopted by her.
A long shot is that the father had a written agreement with her that she would leave something to you.
Well i needed a DNA test done do i went through the courts which created a child support case when the results came back i dropped the case but now I'm wondering can i put it back up or not

You need to file a Petition for Parentage so as to officially establish him as the father and have the court order him to pay child support.

Most wills don't list insurance and investment information.
It is the job of the Executor to find out.
A starting point is the previous tax return which has a lot of information on it and bank account registers which show who was being paid.
To close banks accounts and take over the life insurance and properties if he left no Will or beneficiary

Usually child support is based on court orders.
If the child is of age and there is no current support and all prior amounts have been paid there should be nothing further to do.

The reason for joint tenancy is to have the survivor be sole owner upon death.
If you sell or refinance you may be required to prove death with the death certificate.

If you are supporting her kids you have every right to know if she is receiving money for the kids.
If she is not receiving child support, then she needs to go after the ex to collect it.
