Q: im born in the philippines 1971 my father is a u.s. citizen deceased am i eligible for citizenship? born out of wedlock

the state of new mexico to legitimate a child seems to be possible because it says that the rights of a legitimate/illegitimate have equal rights (Uniform Parentage Act) what can i possibly do with this issue.

Q: I have been a permanent resident for almost 2 years how can I petition for my mom who has lived 22 years in the US

My mom has lived in the US for 22 years illegally she did however get her social security by the I 45 form and her ss is still valid until this day. How can I help her get her green card? Would I be able to help her now or do I have to be a US citizen.

Q: How old does a child that is living in the UK have to be to leave home and come to the US without parents permission?
