In this particular case, you should have a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney. You are asking for legal advice which is a legal liability for attorneys. So you will not get answers to your questions any other way. This is an investment- it's worth it to retain counsel.
Everything went great, except for me answering "yes" to the question "did u get married to receive a green card?" The IO has accent and I misunderstood, I though the meaning was "did u get a green card through marriage to a us citizen?" We are divorced now, but... View More

Has a Request for Evidence EVER been issued? You are entitled to one before a denial is issued. You should keep an attorney on hand if the result is a denial.

The I-130 petition cannot be "withdrawn" if it is approved. As for the I-864, it cannot be "withdrawn" and exists forever but for a limited number of cases (divorce does not terminate the same).

Decision on I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions, could take a minimum of one year (without an interview). The interview depends on how thorough your petition was.

If you are a knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorney, the attorney should be able to overcome the conviction and obtain citizenship. Underage drinking and littering (without any aggravating factors) does not make you deportable.
