Just because you are on probation does not mean the state can force you to testify. The State can subpoena you to testify and you will have to comply with that. Wait to talk to his attorney as even if he is bonded out and you commit him and he misses his court date there will be a warrant for his arrest. An attorney can get an agreement with the state to avoid this.

If the son is making the bail at 13 is the question then no I believe you have to be 21 to post someones bond.
