You need to hire a local criminal attorney immediately for your case. Tampering with evidence is a felony that could be on your record for the rest of your life.

Q: If I'm locked up in Illinois and they are holding me for the state of Tennessee to come get me for extradition how

I waive that and get out and come on my own

You can not get out and come on your own if the state of tennessee is willing to come and get you. Tennessee will let Illinois know if they are willing to spend the resources to come and get you and if they can not then you can go on your own.

It was a physical altercation but my injuries were never documented or written down! I wasn't even interviewed and was asked by deputy to meet in a grocery store parking lot at midnight to give a statement! This all occurred in Tennessee

someone sold a CI sch 2 drugs and when got caught they said it was within a 1,000 feet from school drug free zone

Well one way to know is to not sell drugs but if you are going to then make sure that you are not within 1000 ft near a daycare, school or childcare facility. No signs need to be posted.

DUIs are a very confusing and daunting field. I would suggest hiring one as there are possibilities to getting it dismissed and someone can help you through the voluminous paperwork involved.

It is legal. Unfortunately it is very unfair and puts that person in a bad light that may not have done anything wrong but it is allowed.
