You can be housed in juvenile detention for this if the Judge decides it’s appropriate.

You violated your probation by picking up a new charge and can expect them to try and put your sentence into effect. I would suggest hiring an attorney immediately.

The best advice I could give you is to hire him an attorney immediately. It is a serious charge against him and would not be best for him to represent himself.

It all depends on when it happened. If he is just remaining silent with an interview with police then that is okay.

Yes there is a limit it is 90 days. Usually within the first 30 days it will be determined if they will be extradited or not.

It is an A misdemeanor and can be punishable up to 11 months and 29 days and a fine up to $2500. I would suggest consulting with a local criminal attorney immediately.

No but if it has been less than 10 days since you pled in general Sessions Court you can withdraw your plea.
