It depends on the courts decision. There is not a law that says never though but consult with a family law attorney.

Q: Can a bondsman from another state legally apperhen a person on bond who missed court for a misdemeanor drug charge

The bondsman has came to cols on several occasions to arrest me. I tried to reschedule and they would not let me at that time. What should I do?

Q: Charged for possession of stolen property (truck). Possession of amphetamine and marijuana.The truck disappeared.

Truck disappeared from there custody. Not enough amphetamine to test. So now 24 grams of marijuana. 10 grams over felony limit. No truck no case?

There could be. They could still be completing their investigation or going through the grand jury.

Not sure what your question is. A drug fund is usually money that the drug task force uses to fund their operations.

His probation will be violated so he will be facing the new charges plus the probation violation.
