It is always best to hire a lawyer. They shouldn't notify the school but sometimes it does get out.

You can hire him a lawyer to modify the bond conditions but this is normal in Tennessee.
After however many days if they county he has warrants in doesnt come get him does he then get released??

They should have given you a hearing date for the forfeiture hearing to get it back. Talk with an attorney immediately.

Once your guilty plea is entered that is when you are on probation.
