If CPS determines that the children may be in danger, they can place them in foster care. You will have an opportunity in the course of the investigation to explain why you. believe they were not in danger.

A child can not sign an agreement. Depending on the circumstances the contract is void. However this is a contract questions which you should post in the contracts section.

You could ask for a modification of the protection order. However depending on how the protection order is worded, it may not matter whether she has moved out of state or not.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. If you are asking whether the police can arrest you only because you are not speaking to them, the answer is no. They have to have probable cause to suspect you of a crime to arrest you.

Based on what you are saying you are entitled to two weeks of summer time, however it would be necessary to review the parenting plan to interpret it specifically. Many plans require coordination or provide a provision for conflicting choices of time.

The age where child support ends in Colorado is 19 so if the order was issued in Colorado then child support ends at age 19.

I am sorry to hear bout your situation. You should file a report with the Department of Human Services and the police. You can file a Motion For a Restriction On Parenting Time however you will have to present evidence to justify the restriction.
