Yes you can travel with passport and green card ( you don't need refugee travel document if you have a passport from your country).

Hi there! Changing your company's tax status from s corp to LLC will not affect your immigration status. Just make sure that your ownership in the company does not change.

Since you filed an old version of the I-130 application, most likely they will reject ( not deny) your case.
They will return your application and filing fees and will instruct you to re-file using current version of I-130.

Unfortunately everything takes longer now days. What you can do is to request case status on- line. Sometimes it helps to expedite the case. On line status request link is on the " check your case status" page. Hope this will help.

Since your are saying that no charges were pressed agains your mom, the case most likely was dismissed. You can request a certified copy of disposition ( or judgment entry) in the court that had jurisdiction over her case. Hopefully they still have the recotds(or can request it from the archives).
