In my opinion after a removal for several aggravated felonies convictions the chances of being permitted for admission to the United States are nil, notwithstanding the legal status of immediate family members in the U.S.

Q: If I'm on my own property,sensory training my dog with a horn, am I in violation of Hunter Interference act Illinois?

Hunters are hunting in the field across from my home. They are set up 100 yards away from my property line, which is in regulation. I sensory train my dog in my yard, on my property with a loud horn, which might disrupt the hunters. Am I in violation of hunter interference act of Illinois?

Yes, since your horn emits the loud sound that does interfere with legitimate hunting sound protocol even on your own property.

Before approving that extension of the green card, or removal of the conditions in LPR there will be a background check prior . When you face a federal indictment or pending criminal case that will affect that extension of the lawful status 100%.

Hi, I'm renewing EAD under C8 category pending asylum and noticed there are two fees $410 plus $85 biometric, should I send two checks/ money order or only one?

It is recommended send two separate checks: make one payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security form I-765 for $410 and another one for eighty five dollars for biometrics. If the USCIS captures the biometrics from its database then it would return the second check to the Applicant.

Q: Is it illegal to scam someone with a promise of marriage to get citizenship in the US?

I am a senior on ssi for a disability. Fter spending a large amount of money then paying for citizenship in the US I was treated very bad and blocked then to be told she would talk to me if I sent her money again.

I recommend renewing your Indian passport as you would not lose your Indian citizenship and for certain reasons upon naturalization would need your Indian passport.
