Q: I have C.O.P.D. (a lung disease that i take 4 breathing treatments everyday for at least I'm suppose too). I am 6' 4"

330 lbs. and Police Officers treat me "excessively cautiously". I'm worried that with the C.O.P.D. and a severe heart condition etc. I'm worried I could possibly die from mace and/or a taser. Do I carry a couple Doctors notes... Pfff! I don't know what to do. Thanks Either Way

Yes if the jury was sworn in and you disappeared they could of had the trial without you. Your lawyer can tell you if the trial continued without you being there .

You need to file for divorce and get a injunction that the kids can't go to Canada. Without a court order she can go where ever she wants

Q: Step mom hurt my 11yo months ago. Can I request supervised visitation?

Q: Saw a news report of a guy who refused to testify/be sworn in. The Judge then revoked bonds he has in unrelated cases?!

It was presented that the Judge would have had to let the guy go away, as he had nothing to present to the current case. The Judge didn't seem to like that and blindsided the guy with the bond revocation.

It looked very capricious and like the Judge's emotions being involved.

You need to find a job. If he is on SSI you will have a difficult time getting spousal support,
