Stalking a person in the state of Florida is illegal. If you believe that you are being stalked call law enforcement.

The issue is not whether the student may be penalized…I think that you may be missing the big picture. The real issue is does the defendant have a privacy expectation from the secret recording of their alleged illegal behaviors?

Simple answer is that Florida does have an expungement law. See 943.0585, Court-ordered expunction of criminal history records.
